Republic Day marks an important event in India’s history. It commemorates the enactment of the Constitution of India that came into effect on January 26, 1950, and made the nation into a republic. This day marks the celebration of the empowerment of Indian citizens to select their own government. It is a national holiday that commemorates the process of the establishment of the Indian Constitution. This year we will be celebrating the 73rd Republic Day. On this day, the President hoists the flag at Rajpath, New Delhi. Ceremonious parades showcase India’s defense, cultural abilities, cultural and social heritage. " Eat to lose weight " sounds pretty unusual. Eating too much results in being overweight, but that doesn't mean eating nothing at all or eating little amounts will reduce your weight! Basic knowledge; we all know it is important to have a proper meal full of Proteins, Vitamins & Minerals, Carbs, Roughage and fats. So in order to reduce your weight, you need to eat less of carbs, instead of no carbs at all. We live in a gadget-driven world, and honestly, they have become a very important part of our daily lives, especially during this pandemic. This digitalization has benefited us in many ways but has also negatively impacted us, especially young students and children. Kids nowadays are solely dependent on gadgets too for entertainment and are gradually getting addicted to these devices. Gadgets are stealing our leisure time by offering multiple sources of entertainment. Children are not challenged to think critically or expand their thoughts. Children should explore outdoor games and let their imagination run wild in storybooks.
